In this case, explosion-proof heating and cooling circulator was born, which ensures the safety of equipment and personnel.
First of all, the shell of the explosion-proof heating circulators can withstand a certain high and low pressure liquid without damage, and will not let the external explosion environment affect the equipment. Add some explosion-proof enclosures to the parts that may have arc and spark inside, so that they will not produce arc and spark, so as to avoid possible hazards. The sensors and circuits of the equipment shall be subject to anti heat treatment to ensure that they will not be ignited or melted.
In addition to the above parts, the explosion-proof heater chiller also limits the pressure and current of the interface part. At the same time, positive pressure components are added inside to ensure that the equipment will not burst due to excessive pressure. Carry out anti heat treatment for the compressor, change the equipment to explosion-proof structure, and change all buttons to explosion-proof.
